Biography

Diana has been a part of the AFS community since the year 2000. Formerly she taught Spanish and Social Studies at a K-8.

Diana’s favorite part about working in the AFS community: “My favorite part is that students can be their best, most authentic selves at AFS.”

What Diana finds meaningful in her  profession: “Our former students return and talk about their love of learning, about following their passions, about living a life of purpose.  I love watching students go through our program-whether or not they start in lower, middle or upper-and develop their full potential.  I feel honored to be a witness to a small part of that journey.”

Fun fact about Diana: “I did gymnastics as a child, and I was a very dedicated violin player at one point.”

Diana’s favorite spot on campus: “The pathway between the middle school and the meetinghouse.”
