Students, faculty and community members are eagerly awaiting Field Day on Friday, October 14.

An AFS tradition for many years, Field Day brings together the whole community for a day of friendly competition. Students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 are divided into the Blue Team and the White Team for the afternoon. All day fun consists of contests that range from hoop relays to basketball free throws and the 50-yard dash to the ever-popular Tug of Conflict. Although one team is declared the winner at the end of the day, the emphasis is always on fun and sportsmanship.
