2026–2027 School Year Admission Timeline
Please review the schedule below to help guide you on the timeline for the upcoming school year.
First Priority Application Deadline – December 5, 2025
Applications completed by December 5, 2025 will be included in the first round of admission decisions. All materials must be submitted by this date in order for Middle and Upper school applicants to be considered for Merit Scholarships.
Enrollment Opens - January 30, 2026
Students admitted from the first round of applicants can officially enroll starting January 30, 2026. A completed contract and a $1,000 enrollment deposit are due by March 2, 2026.
Second Priority Application Deadline – February 27, 2026
Families who complete the application process by February 28 can anticipate an admission decision in a timely manner following completion of the process. The enrollment deposit ($1,000) and signed contract are due within two weeks from the date of admission to AFS.
Rolling Admission after February 27, 2026
After the second priority application deadline, families are encouraged to begin and complete the admission process as soon as possible. Admission decisions will be conveyed to families in a timely manner following completion of the process. The enrollment deposit ($1,000) and signed contract are due within one week from the date of acceptance.
Because we receive more applications than we have available spaces, we encourage you to apply early.
